XVLP (Extra Volume Low Pressure) is a low pressure spraying technique which compared to other low-pressure devices, works with a 60% higher volume of air, at a low air pressure. The greatest advantage of this spraying technique is the low paint mist formation and the reduced amount of material required to cover the object to a minimum. As opposed to conventional application of coatings, this method achieves a highly economical and professional-quality finish and is, at the same time, environmentally friendly. The Wagner XVLP Spraying System is suitable for use with varnishes, standard lacquers, high-viscosity lacquers and water-based paints.
