What if I can't find what I am looking for on the AB Trade Paint website?

Where can I get technical help?


You can call us on 01744 610376 and a member of our sales team will be happy to assist you in any technical issues.
In addition, some of our sales team also have engineering and construction industry experience. Often we can suggest an alternative approach to your application.




Progress of my order?


Please do not worry, if you do not receive any communication from our sales team whilst our manufacturing & warehouse team are busy processing your order. You will be notified by email, once your order has been dispatched.




How long will it take to receive my order?


Standard stock items (Not including bespoke manufactured colours) - Estimated delivery 2-5 working days.** Non-standard bespoke manufactured colour orders (IE All BS381c / BS4800 / Ral colour shades) - Estimated delivery up to 5 working days.**
**PLEASE NOTE : (Excluding weekends & Bank Holidays).




My order is missing an item, what should i do?


Please contact us by telephone or email with your order number an tell us what is missing so we can arrange for delivery as soon as possible.




When will i receive my order confirmation email?


You should receive a payment confirmation email as soon as you place your order. You should receive another email update once your order has been despatched.




I've placed an order, why haven't i received my invoice yet?


You should receive your invoice with your delivery. If you require a copy please email us.
